(forgive me if this has already been suggested-I'm a little behind in reading posts again)
Parsley is another herb that has been suggested to reduce supply. Mixing about a tablespoon with some peanut butter and wrapping in a small piece of bread is a way to get past the taste if one doesn't like it-(Thanks to Pat Gima for this) I have heard it speculated that perhaps the old folk song, "Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme" referred to folk remedies for reducing milk flow.

Chewing Altoids is a way to get pepermint. On several occasions I have asked moms with undersupply if they like them and have been told "I eat them like candy". Once they stop the Altoids, supply increased.

Is this mom able to donate her extra milk? I am sure there are moms of NICU babies that would give anything to have her problem instead of not enough.

Winnie
