Jennifer, do you mean *healthy* fat levels? I thought it was the nature of
the fat that changed due to diet, not the radio of fat to other components
of breastmilk.

Yes, the nature of the fat would change.  But, as in the US there is such (I 
believe erroneous) emphasis on low fat diet, I think the ratio could possibly 
change as well.  Did you look at the chart?
