I have a client with a 1 week old who has been feeding very well since
birth. Mom has no soreness of nipples and baby is transferring milk very well.

But after feeding on the right breast the areola is swollen. Where baby's
mouth falls there is no swelling, but from there to the outside edge of the
areola, it is "puffy."

Mom has some fibrocystic breast tissue which hasn't seemed to cause
problems with milk flow.

What do you think?
