I ordered Small Wonders from www.bestbeginnings.org.uk.  It was 13 pounds, roughly $20 US.  Came in 3 days!!!

It is wonderful!  About premies. multiples and babies with pre-delivery diagnoses.  The 12 chapters are:
1. introduction                         6. your time in the hospital
2. birth                                   7. feeding independently
3. first hours                           8. preparing for home
4. expressing breast milk         9. first months at home
5. holding your baby               10. twins  and triplets
                                             11.bereavement
                                             12. one year on

One thing, besides all the neat shots of STS, was how  non intervention the births were.  Amazing.  Rachel are things similar with birth in Norway?  I feel our childbirth in US has gotten so out of control.  (excuse my rant please)  Pat in SNJ
