Jodine, Thanks for the new article link. I think this paragraph is the most
important from the article:

of snack foods, they are not eating enough fresh fruits and grains."

Whole foods in as natural a state as possible. Eat an apple instead of a
cookie. Make your own 'baby food.' I think LLL said this a long time ago,
right? It's still good advice.
