I put a "baby" bandaid on each breast, that can stay until it falls off.  The 
tube can be threaded under the gauze part that is not adhered to the skin.  
Most of the time, this keeps the tube stable enough to simplify the whole  
latching-on process.
There are bandaids specially for sensitive skin if necessary.
