Sears and Sears' "The Discipline Book" discusses attached parents giving
and giving, and having to think about what they are giving, rather than
just doing it, as the baby becomes a toddler.  They talk about how to say
"No" to toddlers, even (especially) to night nursing.  Lovingly, of
course.  It is extremely sympathetic and down to earth.  They also
describe their own mistakes (and successes) and great detail.
