Can you try therapeutic ultrasound? With the snow she may be unable to get to it. It may be a bit late but I have used lecitihin for women with recurrent mastitis with effect on either reducing the incidence or the degree of the duct blockages. a weird one that may or may not be suitable is hae the partner suck on the breast. As I said its a bit extreme and I've never had to suggest it but with her isolation it may work.
