Hi everyone,
It has been a very long time since I've actually posted (no time) but I
haven't stopped reading and learning. This is just a bug-a-boo for me.
In my fifteen yrs as a parent I have never seen the need for a
thermometer. Is this just me? I can tell if my kids have fever without
it and it doesn't really matter what the number is: if it is really high
you can tell and get medical attention. If it is on the low side
homeopathics or tylenol usually relieve symptoms and get child
comfortable. Maybe this is poor medical practice but once again it
really isn't the number that matters (where does this sound familiar
from...maybe use of scales?)
P.S. I'm not picking on the person(s) who use thermometers just
suggesting for the money spent might there be a better item (like the
washable breast pads :D)
