Brandi,

Please have her run, not walk, to the nearest breast surgeon.  This is
definitely not normal.  The last one I saw with these symptoms had
inflammatory breast cancer and her diagnosis was very delayed due to
"non-conclusive mammo/ultrasound results".  If she is not referred for a
biopsy, tell her to get a second opinion immediately.
