My question would be - how much milk is being received via SNS?  Is it
about 1/2 of daily intake?  Otherwise she's not getting the desired effect.
Personally if I was in this situation I think I would nurse one feed and
bottle the next, pumping for a milk  bank to relieve myself at the bottle
