I would just like to offer a word of caution that *we* know, and what we
*know." Yes, there are a couple of 1999 articles about this in the
"MD-respected" lit and the anesthesiology lit, but I don't have these handy
at the moment and I'm running out the door to a meeting.

I also did a short summary of this stuff, along with a bib awhile ago, and
would be happy to send anyone a copy, if they private e-mail me their
snail-mail address.
