I also tend to see a fair amount of moms with oversupply/overactive let down
issues. I have a question about block feeding. Block feeding helps many of
these moms and babies and I was wondering what some of you are giving them
regarding expressing milk from the side they aren't using during the block
feeding. Do you recommend "expressing until comfortable" or another plan of
action?
