I have had the opportunity to work with 3 women who are planning to breast feed adoptive babies. There is some interest, especially from one, to feed expressed breast milk as one supplement of choice. Helena is a small "town" by many standards and I am not sure of the closest milk bank that she may be able to utilize should she choose to purchase some. If anyone has a list or a source to access addresses and phone numbers, I would appreciate it and could pass this on to her. The other two may have friends who might share some of their milk. Thanks from Helena, MT where the weather is fairly mild and has been most of the winter. Faylene Nelson, RNC,IBCLC.
