I think a 3 month lag time is pretty standard.  It took from October to
January to confirm I had indeed passed another licensure exam I took (and
that was an oral exam, thank you very much).  Prior to taking the oral
portion, I also took a written portion, only in English, no comments
allowed; it also took 3 months to hear.
