I have just had a UTI myself, and took this combination of drugs - very
effective, very fast.

This treatment is asually short term (days), and I think should be no
problem for nursing mother and baby (of course watch baby).

I must say, contrary to Dr. Tom's opinion, that Phenazopyridine is very
helpful as a utinary analgesic, and helped me a lot for the first few days.
