Hello Gwyneth,

Did you check your Lactnet-mail recently, before posting...? There has
already been a discussion on this article, that was posted last Friday.
Several people have given their views on this and the general consensus was:
watch the baby and don't restrict recommendations to just one item, but
versify, according to what baby needs and tells you.
You can check the archives (see link at the end of this message) to see what
others have said. (Original re.: traditional breastfeeding schedule best
approach.)
