Sally, see if this mother's OB will write her a Rx for birth control pills.
I am not talking about low dose.  Once her supple appears to be cutting down
she should stop the pills.
Also, has she tried fresh sage?  She may want to try that first for a day or
two and then if no noticeable reduction seek out the BCPs.
