Dear Nicole, Check the FDA Breast Implant Consumer Handbook.
it does address Breastfeeding.
http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/breastimplants/handbook2004/specificis
sues.html. I have not seen Breastmilk supply issues in
patients with implants, unless they also described unusual
shaped breasts before implantation, or one breast markedly
smaller than another or I noted widely spaced breasts. These
breasts may have indicated insufficient glandular tissue.
