Ditto to Donna and others regarding babies' readiness for solids!  My
8 mont old (baby #3) learned to fend for herself at dinner time.  But
of course, she was at the table with us and plenty of plates to grab
from.

Regarding the free formula - I too have donated it to animal shelters
and it was well received.  Maybe that's a Florida thing, huh, Claire?
