I recommend to moms that rather than mixing them in one bottle, that they give
the baby the brmilk first, and then give the formula.  I tell them that the
breastmilk is SO precious that they want to make sure the baby gets every
single drop, and if they mix it and the baby doesn't drink it all, then they
have to throw it out and waste it.  Moms get it real quickly, and don't mind
doing two bottles for these occasions.
