I don't know if there's research anywhere (if there is, it's probably Paula
Meier's--) but we've used our Hot Spot water for years. It works wonderfully
- put the water into one of those obnoxious big mugs that nobody ever drink
coffee from, put the milk in, and in five minutes it's ready to go. (Sooner
if there's only a little...)

And if there isn't research - I wouldn't be surprised. What would be your
null hypothesis? Would it be the numbers of potential live white blood
cells? Or how warm the milk got? Do we know the right temp for the milk?

I'm not criticizing, just musing. Good research is not easy to do!
