Hurray for you!!! I wish every school had a BFing support talk to
student parenting support classes, children's development classes, and
health classes. It is so important! Next year I am set up to talk to
the middle schoolers in our town. I think the earlier we get this
important information out to them the better.

This Wednesday I was giving a talk on BFing too. I had several Latinas
give very vocal opinions about how gross it was to BF. During and after
class it was apparent to everyone when the light came on for them. :-)
I take my own 23 month old with me to teach these classes. I always
hope (in a small way) he'll have a melt down that I can soothe with
nursing. It gets them *every* time if they've questioned the value of
nursing past 6 weeks, 6 months, or a year.
