For those of you who want a reasonably-priced DVD ($4.00 US if purchased in
quantities >25 for home use) for your moms to take home or to use while
giving presentations - WOW did Pam get a lot of great information into hers!

From the encouraging "Breastfeeding you can do it!" - 7 minutes... To
"Getting started" - 12 minutes and "Frequently Asked Questions" - 18 minutes
- but you can click to the topic you want, she hit the nail on the head of
what moms need to know - and yes, there is a hand expression section that
some may not approve of...but you see milk streaming out! There's even a
short, 2-minute self attachment!

The English and Spanish information (it's all in voice-over so you can also
say your own words while showing the sections you want to show) is excellent
and, again - the price can't be beat! (The Classroom DVD is $20.00.)

I LOVED the section that said you don't need a lot of equipment or special,
expensive clothing to breastfeed - just mom and baby!
