I found another gnome book containing an illustration of breastfeeding by
Rien Poortvliet called "Secrets of the Gnomes" (ISBN 0-8109-1614-2).  The
illustration is very similar to the one I mentioned previously, it is found
1/3 way through the book under the section "The Emotional Life of the
Gnome" and the caption is as follows:
        "Here are some examples of cuddle circles that exert a positive
        influence throughout the entire life of a gnome."
What a nice thought -- cuddle circles :-)
