I just searched the archives and found little, but
hoping some of you have a clue here.  I have a website
on "Advantages of Formula" that discuss those reasons
we've all heard for not breastfeeding.  For years,
I've just said that it's valid that someone can't
breastfeed a child with galactosemia because the child
just cannot break down galactose and will have
galactose intoxication.  Then, from a parent and an
LC, I recieved mail that enzymes were being added to
expressed milk.  I havent' done a good medical
literature search on it since I don't currently have
Paperchase, and can't get AND to stick on grateful med
(search tips welcome!).  I asked on the parent's
discussion board and was merely flamed and given no
insights, as so often happens on the web.  *sigh*

Please, someone, if you can, will you let me know what
the current standards are?  I know what they were
previously but we can always hope for changes in
treatment.
