If baby vomits as well, look for impending pyloric stenosis. Especially 
if he does not seem to want to eat.
The other possible issue is oversupply and relative lactose overload. 
You can see this if you do test weights and he takes 4 oz from one 
breast in a few minutes, and mom is still pretty full. You know what to 
do for that (reduce the supply so baby can get to the fattier milk).
