I would not look at the zyrtec as the culprit in this situation. look for 
horses not zebras here. did mom experience lactogenesis II or onset of 
copious milk production at or around day 3-5? go back to square one with a 
thorough history etc. and of course feed the baby generously and stim the 
milk supply.
