I would like to humbly add to this list *any* food that the mother has an
intolerance to. She may not recognise the food yet. She may need to think
very carefully about the foods she eats (especially her favourite foods),
when she eats them and when the reflux is the worst. I say this because
this has been my experience. In my case they are mango and also chocolate
(or rather cocoa), and it's taken 40 years for me to figure out these
(particularly the cocoa) are the problems that have caused life-long
heartburn episodes! I know, I know, I'm a slow learner!

If particular foods are the problem, avoiding them with not only remove the
need for drugs, but will also improve the mother's and possibly the baby's
health at the same time.
