Hi All,
I have been contacted by a mom with a brain tumor. She is still  
nursing her 14 month old son. She would like to continue bfing but is  
not sure what to do. She will be taking Temodar 300 mg  
(temozolomide), orally for 5 days, wait 28 days and then take the  
Temodar again for 5 days. Can she pump and dump for 5 or more days  
and then breastfeed for a week or more in between treatments,or  
should she wean? I have checked hale and toxinet and can't find any  
info on this med.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
