Shatavari is used to increase fertility and is known to increase cervical mucous.

"I was asked this afternoon by a Creighton-Model Natural Family Planning
instructor whether there is any information about galactogogues (probably
fenugreek but she wasn't sure she remembered correctly) and any effects
they might have on cervical mucus.  I've checked LactMed and the archives
here, as well as my herbal references but don't see anything.

Has anyone heard of or observed a connection?"
