Our hospital is about to have its survey at the end of the month.  We have
been told that the team may want to see proof that each of the clinic's
rental pumps (that are not used in the hospital) have had a recent bio-med
inspection.  Has any other hospital based clinic ever heard of this
requirement?

I do understand that Lactina's are not able to be checked for electrical
leakage as they are two-pronged and double insulated.
