For everyone's information, please note that the two states with the
greatest number of subscribers (to date) and with 35 of 57 of you replying
are:

Vermont and Illinois. New York is close behind.  We very much would like to
hear from all of you. I expect I could guess where some of you are by
examining closely those addresses that are not simply a listing of numbers.
However, I do not want to make a mistake and guess wrong!
