No, it never was unsafe.  Vitamins taken by the mother will increase in the
milk if the mother's levels are chronically low, but they will only increase
to the level that is appropriate and then plateau.  So, she's just had 3
prenatal vitamins (plus some, I would venture a guess) worth of expensive
pee.  Not to worry about the milk.
