Exactly Melissa. Why would someone spend $370 (and possibly travel costs)
to take an exam they weren't pretty sure they could pass? I wouldn't be
willing to gamble with this kind of money! If someone were to gamble and
fail, what difference would it make to the IBLCE? They would still have
their money and the candidate wouldn't receive the certification.
Obviously the candidate didn't have the "entry level" knowledge to pass.
And if they did pass, great, they've proven their knowledge.

Is anyone else willing to speak up about this?
