I beg to differ. The Who Code was endorsed, signed, but NOT ENACTED INTO
LAW, in the U.S. Yes, you are right, it has no teeth. However, responsible
corporations - competitors' unethical marketing notwithstanding - should
still comply voluntarily. That is what I suggest.
