Here's a link to a compounding pharmacy in Naperville, Illinois.  We have
had mothers get Dr. Newman's all purpose nipple ointment, Gentian Violet,
and Domperidone from this pharmacy.  As long as they have an Rx, there is no
problem.  One mother had a low milk supply, and a history of depression, so
we recommended Domperidone.  Her nurse-midwife came to our office and wanted
more information about Domperidone, and seemed a little nervous about having
the Doctor prescribe it, however, the mother insisted and has really brought
her milk supply up substantially.

We have had excellent experiences with this pharmacy.
