Does anyone have the latest references / advice re antenatal preparation of
nipples, specifically flat / inverted nipples?  My understanding is that
physical preparation (Hoffman's etc) has been shown not to make any
difference.  The extra attention that a mom gets in talking about prep + bf,
however, may boost her self-esteem & subsequent bf success.

Am I on track?  This query comes from the Breastfeeding Association of SA, so
I will be passing the info on to them.
