As my last post was missing a title I am reposting:

I was told by the pharmacist that nystatin was not absorbed orally and yet
it was one of the medical regiments suggested by Riordan and Auerbach for
oral treatment of breast yeast. I would appreciate ay information. If
anyone has experience with this or other antifungal medication other than
diflucan I would appreciate it. The mother has an appointment with an ID
specialist who can approve diflucan but she has never heard of breast
yeast. I already have the reference from Lawrence and Riordan and Auerbach
to fax and try to convince her but I am trying to have alternatives ready
in case this fails. Diflucan costs about $50 per capsule here.  I have also
thought of gentian violet but have not been able to find it available here.
