I don't think it's possible to tell on Laura's information what this 
baby is doing on the chart - though she could be falling down.

The guidance followed in the UK is that it can be normal to fall down 
the chart up to two centile spaces (this is two *centile spaces* as 
written on the chart ie from the 50th percentile through the 25th to 
the 9th)

The blurb with the charts, used in training, explains that " a 
sustained drop through two
or more weight centile spaces is unusual (fewer than
2% of infants) and should be carefully assessed by the
primary care team, including measuring length/height"

So here,  that level of slowing would trigger further close 
observations.  We call it 'faltering growth' these days though you do 
hear 'failure to thrive' as well.
