Pam,
That is indeed sad news, but I wouldn't stop here.
There must be a way to find out the whole story and then decide what
kind of action to take. Radiology knew that new equipment was on the
way. There must have been some discussion about where to  put it, what
would have to get shifted around to make room etc. etc. What are the
politics of this situation that allow them to move the Lactation Center
so easily. Where was the lactation center staff when the discussions
about space were happening? There's more story here that needs to be
discovered. Then it will be possible to figure out next steps.
