I would probably send a private facebook message. If you are seeing her
facebook posts then you are in her circle of friends. You could say
something like "since I remember your little one having colic and
sensitivities, yours would be a baby we would definitely recommend to wait
for intro of solids." Usually these little pieces of advice go ignored, so
you might also add, "at the very least, go really really slow with
introducing." You could maybe then link her to a good site like maybe La
Leche League?
