Thanks for the thread on RSV and everyone's comments.

I've been watching the development and marketing of the RSV vaccines
with much interest vis a vis breastfeeding. I've also gotten a lot of
the various research on the vaccines, but it is just too much for me to
wade through right now.

I'd like to read a good, succinct review article about RSV, the various
vaccines, the relative risk of contracting RSV by feeding type and
presence of the vaccination. Having costs of care would be nice as
well, but I think I'm wishing for too much already.

Anybody seen a review article like this? Wouldn't it be nice to be able
to say to insurers, "bf has x OR for reducing incidence/severity of RSV,
costs only $$ for LC services, vs. $$ for vaccination or $$ for
hospitalization." I've seen the vaccination quoted at $30 - $90 per
treatment with 3 treatments recommended.

Waiting to hear from you. Okay to post to list.

Thanks!

brown now. We're hoping that you all in MS, LA, and AL can send a
little of Georges up our way -- we can really use the rain).
