This isn't a quick option, but there is a mail order company out of 
Seattle that makes custom bras.  Have your client check out 
www.decentexposures.com.  They have one style of bra, but can 
customize it, including two different cup sizes.  I have no financial 
interest in this company, but I have ordered things from them in the 
past and found them to have EXCELLENT customer service.
