The researcher whom Barbara mentioned had an article on the Internet called
"The Nipple Effect" and I think her book is called the same.  I had saved
the web site, but not the article, and now that web page seems to be gone.
This is a portion of a review of it, that I found (the rest of the review of
gone):

Breasts are hot. Warrior, pneumatic, torpedo almost anything but the most
natural model, the lactating breast, which has become strictly X-rated.
Fiona Giles wishes it were different for the sake of our babies.
