Tummy sleeper? Use pillow between legs to prevent rolling over from habit.
Lecithin?
Underwire bra? Braless at home!
Water consumption? At least 64 oz a day
Thrush symptoms? Possible yeast infection gone wild?
Cultured? Possible strep infection in breast?
