Dr. Jack,
   I had a yeast rash and thrush while nursing my then 4 1/2 yr old. While I
didn't have any pain in the breast, there was intense *itching* in the ducts.
There may be no *evidence* but I remain convinced that there was candida in
my milk ducts. BTW, my son didn't catch thrush but i did manage to share the
yeast rash with my husband ;-)
