I think the response was excellent. I have heard of other similar situations
and responses with apology and free passes. I feel that no other f/u is
necessary other than a 'thank you for your attention to this situation and
assurance that it will be corrected' kind of short note. and thanks for the
passes we hope to swim again soon. I would not recommend a nurse-in or other
confrontation.
