I think it is very naive to expect formula manufacturers or agents for 
bottles or other artificial baby food accessories to promote breastfeeding.
So it should therefore be illegal for them to advertise that they do so.  If 
they employ professional pediatricians or dieticians there will obviously be 
a conflict of interests.  For if these "experts" are paid handsomely by the 
commercial companies, it may well influence the advice they are giving in 
their role as hospital or clinic pediatricians or dieticians.
This happened not so long ago in Israel when the guidelines for starting 
solid food were changed from six months to four months.  Would every 
professional on that committee be prepared to stand up and swear that he/she 
or his/her institution never gets sponsored by formula companies?
