Yes, in my proactice i have noticee flat nipples from epidurals. Usually
seems due to the large volumes of fluid put in these moms veins and then
tissues. Getting the baby on early and longer nursings help. I use dandelion
as a diuretic to pull down the fluids and it works well and does not
compromise moms supply or delay lactogenesis. My new doc suggested corn silk
too.  he said he used it while on jopb as a jungle missionary doc.  Well
learn something new daily.
